Online Payment Changes
As part of PSD2 regulations, customers will now be required to register on the website before they can make a payment.
Once registered, an admin at SHEAP will check over your details and make any amendments, then set your account live. You will receive an email once this is complete, and from there you can login and make payments.
Please note this will be done in working hours (Mon-Fri) and we may have an initial backlog to work through.
Also note if you've signed up using an email address we don't recognise from past payments or something else doesn't look correct, we may need to contact you so we can verify your identity and details.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, however after you register, subsequent payments will be much easier to make.
